  Return your item for free at any Strandbags retail store nationwide, or initiate a return via our online portal for a small shipping fee.

  Pack and Label

  If returning by mail, securely package your item and attach the generated return shipping label to the outside of the parcel.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned item, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
